- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
4. User Responsibilities

- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5.2 Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions
5.3 Refund Policy
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund if cancelled within 7 days of initial subscription
- Monthly Subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations
- Annual Subscriptions: No refunds after 30 days
- Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days

You retain all ownership rights to your health records and personal data uploaded to CARED. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to:
- Store and process your data to provide our services
- Create summaries and visualizations of your health information
- Use anonymized, aggregated data for platform improvements (with your consent)
7. Fair Use Policy
CARED is intended for:
- Personal Use: Managing your own or dependents' health records
- Record Organization: Storing and summarizing medical documents
- Education: Learning about health conditions and prevention
NOT for:
- Emergency medical diagnosis or treatment
- Mass data collection or commercial use
- Sharing others' data without explicit consent
- Professional medical record-keeping by healthcare institutions
8. Limitation of Liability

CARED does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All educational content is for informational purposes only. Always seek the advice of qualified healthcare professionals.
8.2 Platform Availability
We do not guarantee that:
- The Platform will be available at all times without interruption
- All errors or defects will be corrected
- The Platform will be free from viruses or harmful components
- Data backups will always be successful
8.3 Liability Limits
PatientRecordPortal shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Personal injury or property damage
- Medical decisions made based on Platform data
- Third-party actions or content
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for subscription services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PatientRecordPortal, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your use or misuse of the Platform
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any false or inaccurate information you provide
10. Termination
10.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by:
- Requesting account deletion via email to [email protected]
- Using the account deletion feature in your settings
10.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Compromise the security or integrity of the Platform
- Fail to pay subscription fees
10.3 Effect of Termination
- Your right to access the Platform will immediately cease
- You may request a copy of your data within 30 days
- Data will be deleted after 90 days as per our Privacy Policy
- No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts
