How can I access my records?

Once you register, you'll be able to upload your documents, organize them by category, and view them through an interactive timeline accessible from any device. You can access your records 24/7 from anywhere with an internet connection.

Can I share my records with my doctor?

Yes! You can generate a summary or timeline of your health records to bring to your specialist visits. Sharing is secure and only happens with your explicit consent. You can export your records as PDF or share them directly through the platform.

Is my data safe?

Absolutely. CARED uses advanced encryption (AES-256) and strict privacy protocols aligned with India's DPDP Act 2023 to keep your records secure. Your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We maintain audit logs and implement role-based access controls to ensure maximum security.

What new features are coming soon?

Soon, you'll have access to personalized risk assessments, AI-powered health insights, integration with hospital EMR systems, and a growing library of health blogs in multiple Indian languages. We're also developing mobile apps for iOS and Android.

How can I start using CARED?

Sign up on our platform (coming soon) and begin uploading your records. You'll have everything organized in minutes! The platform is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, with step-by-step guidance for new users.

How do I give feedback?

Once you have signed up, we give an option to provide feedback directly through your account dashboard. You can also email us at [email protected] with your suggestions, concerns, or feature requests.

How do I delete my data?

You can request data deletion at any time by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data". We will process your request within 7 business days. Please note that we retain backups for 90 days for recovery purposes, after which your data is permanently deleted.

Technical Questions

How to upload reports?

Navigate to the Investigations tab in your dashboard. Click on "Upload Document" and select your file. You can upload PDFs, images (JPG, PNG), and other common document formats. The platform will automatically categorize and organize your reports.

What to do with illegible prescriptions?

Use the Transcribe feature under the Treatment tab. Upload the image of the prescription and our system will help you convert handwritten prescriptions into readable text. You can also manually enter the medication details if needed.

What file formats are supported?

CARED supports PDF, JPG, PNG, JPEG, TIFF, and DICOM (medical imaging) formats. Maximum file size is 25MB per document. You can upload multiple files at once for faster organization.

Can I access CARED offline?

Currently, CARED requires an internet connection. However, we're developing mobile apps that will allow you to download documents for offline viewing. This feature will be available in future updates.

Is CARED free to use?

What does the subscription include?

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions.

Privacy & Security

How is my data protected?

Your data is protected with military-grade AES-256 encryption, both in transit (using TLS) and at rest. We implement role-based access controls, maintain comprehensive audit logs, conduct regular security audits, and comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.

Who can access my health records?

Only you have access to your health records. We do not share your data with anyone without your explicit consent. When you choose to share records with a healthcare provider, you maintain full control over what is shared and for how long.

What happens in an emergency?

You can set up an emergency contact and emergency access PIN. In case of an emergency, authorized personnel can access critical information like allergies, current medications, and emergency contacts using your emergency PIN. Call emergency services (112 or 108) first, then share your health summary with medical professionals.
